I think Jay- Z said it best,"In New York, concrete jungle where dreams are made of,there's nothing you can't do. Now your in New York.These streets will make you feel brand new,big lights will inspire you...let's hear it for NEW YORK!"
Exciting places i have visited thus far:
-One Central Park West- The address of the suite we are staying in @ the Trump Towers. Great location, looking onto Columbus Circle & Central Park.
-Becco for yummy italian food
-Billy Elliot The Musical-Music by Elton John. All 3 actors who play Billy have won Tony Awards! Such talented people showing up on Broadway!
-Mercer Hotel -The sister hotel of Chateau Marmont in Hollywood & The Raleigh in Miami. We stopped in for a cocktail & great people watching!
-Times Square of course, but only for as long as it takes to take a photo. As savannah would say...
"Avoid Times Square like its the plague."
-Canal Street in China Town. Never been and we had to check out the "Back rooms" everyone speaks of. We learned quickly what they were and it was crazy to see how many knockoff designer bags they had. I did this strictly for research ;) It is illegal and to tell you the truth, there is nothing chic about counterfeits.
-Little Italy for a yummy brick oven Pizza after a long day of Shoppin' & Walkin' !
This is just the beginning of my Love Affair with NYC. More to Come!
