A Fine Amount of Flair

Fourth of July is a time when you can indulge in day long boozing, eating all the barbeque your heart desires & dance parties with sing-a-long's to Miley Cyrus's 'Party in the USA' without feeling a bit of shame. As you should never skimp on any of the above, you should avoid partaking in everything that turns this holiday tacky. I'm talking American flag bikinis and all. Don't get me wrong I enjoy a bit of the camaraderie with the best of them, although I think you can still be patriotic without being completely tacky, here's how...
Party glasses that are NOT neon
A bright red lip
Native American inspired accessories
American flag accents that do not overpower your entire outfit

  2. GIGI OUF THE BLOB fan 54June 30, 2010 at 2:48 PM

i am board at work today so i figured i would give GiGi OUF:the blog another try. well i must say, I disagree with your thought's on american flag swimwear... allow me to take you on a flash back to the Kim and Jen prat, Adam Ouf and Ryan Sullivan and his friends days at waterworld back in the summer of 2002...on that 4th of July my friends and i had just gotten off work and were sitting around waiting to be picked up. over those 20 minutes, we must have seen 25+ average looking at best girls, who just seemed to be hotter because they were in stars and strips. now, I'm not saying that it needs to be all stars and strips all the time, but on 2 day's of the year (memorial day being the other) american pride themed clothing is not only acceptable but encouraged.
this is a tradition that goes back all the way to our founding fathers. when they came to America, they had a vision, and that vision was "slutty girls in slutty swimwear that shows they are proud American's" these are true stories. its on the decloration of independence.
anyway, i have had my fill of GIGIouf:theBLOG (not blob)for today. i will check back again sometime and you never know, maybe ill make another cameo sometime. but until then i wish you the best of luck with the blog and a happy 4th of July, whether you decide to wear you red wight and blue or not.
